This is a very nice to know Paracord Projects, how to attach buckles and shackles. We made a few projects already and I think it’s about time to add some flare specially to the survival bracelets. This method includes melting for your information.

This video is from GUITARMIKEY2 on youtube. The video and instructions are clear as usual with a closeup shot for clearer view of the process. This video is an essential watch for those who are planning to make a variety of survival bracelets with locks. A quick snap buckle or a cool looking shackle, you decide.

By the way, if you don’t know where to buy the buckles. I have listed it in Paracord Supplies under the Paracord Accessories category which you can find on the upper right part of the page. You can choose between a variety of sizes as wel, whichever suits your needs.
